CANDY REFUNDS
SweetEscapes.ca does NOT accept ANY returns for candy or food items.
If there are any concerns with your order then please contact our Customer Service department within 7 days of receiving your order for refund/exchange requests and must be approved by our Customer Service Department. Due to Health and Safety concerns, SweetEscapes.ca only accepts returns of Non-Edible items.
Refunds exclude shipping costs. The customer is responsible for shipping the items back to SweetEscapes.ca in their original condition at their expense. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to returns of non-edible products.
ESCAPE ROOM REFUNDS
No refunds on cancellations 24 hours before your scheduled booking time or no shows. Exceptions may be considered on a case by case basis at the discretion of the store.
