Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order is on its way.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your candy’s journey right to your door.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all Canadian orders over $99 CAD (excluding NT, YT, and NU).
Shipping Rates
For orders under $99 CAD, shipping is a flat rate of $14.99 Canadian(excluding NT, YT, and NU) where your shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Weather & Meltable Candy
Please keep your local weather in mind when ordering—chocolate and candy can melt in hot conditions.
Sweet Escapes is not responsible for melted items, and we do not offer refunds or replacements for candy that melts during shipping.
For best results, consider selecting faster shipping during warm months or shipping to a location where someone can receive the package right away.
Shipping Damage
We do our best to package your order securely. However, once it leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the shipping carrier.
Sweet Escapes is not responsible for damage caused during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, we encourage you to file a claim directly with the shipping provider using your tracking number.

Edible Items
Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for any edible products, including candy, chocolate, and snack items.
This includes:
• Melted products
• Items damaged during shipping
• Taste preferences
Thank you for understanding—our candy is made to be enjoyed, but once it leaves our shop, we can’t control how it travels!
Non-Edible Items
If you ordered a non-edible product (e.g., accessories, merch), we offer a 15-day return policy.
To qualify:
• The item must be unused and in its original packaging
• You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
Please note:
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If something is missing, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery through our contact page.
We may ask for photos of the item and packaging to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on:
• Edible items (candy, chocolate, snacks)
• Personalized or custom products
• Sale items
• Gift cards
Refunds (Non-Edible Items Only)
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed and you haven’t received your refund, contact our team and we’ll be happy to assist.
