Shipping policy
At Sweet Escapes, we’re passionate about getting your sweet treats to you as quickly and carefully as possible!
Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order is on its way.
Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to review their shipping address to ensure it is correct. If the address is entered incorrectly, the customer must contact the shipping courier to make the correction. If the package is returned to us (Sweet Escapes) and the customer wants it reshipped to the correct address, they will need to cover the cost of the new shipping.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your candy’s journey right to your door.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all Canadian orders over $99 CAD (excluding NT, YT, and NU).
Shipping Rates
For orders under $99 CAD, shipping is a flat rate of $14.99 Canadian(excluding NT, YT, and NU) where your shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Weather & Meltable Candy
Please keep your local weather in mind when ordering—chocolate and candy can melt in hot conditions.
Sweet Escapes is not responsible for melted items, and we do not offer refunds or replacements for candy that melts during shipping.
For best results, consider selecting faster shipping during warm months or shipping to a location where someone can receive the package right away.
Shipping Damage
We do our best to package your order securely. However, once it leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the shipping carrier.
Sweet Escapes is not responsible for damage caused during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, we encourage you to file a claim directly with the shipping provider using your tracking number.
